Problem
BeeTrack is an app designed to help users manage all their online orders in one convenient place.
It tracks upcoming deliveries and provides information on when and where to pick them up. Additionally, it helps organize online purchases by product categories and track monthly expenses.

Problem
In today's reality, with very little free time and convenient and easy access to the internet, we find ourselves making most of our purchases online. A vast array of networks and stores, both local and international, offer their products for sale on websites, allowing us to make a purchase with just the click of a button and have the product delivered directly to us.
What happens when we've placed numerous orders within a short period and struggle to keep track of all the items that are supposed to arrive? When will they arrive? Have they arrived? What hasn't arrived yet? Is there a delay?
Design Thinking Process
User Research
I conducted a research survey to examine user behavior regarding online product orders. Here are the main points that emerged from the research:
Age

of users are 34-46
Remember orders

of users do not remember all their online purchases at a given time.
Shipped orders

of the users are expecting 1-3 deliveries at a given time.
Manage orders

of users will be thrilled to have a single, convenient platform to manage all their online orders.

Bee Element

The bee, with its trail, symbolizes diligent and efficient work, much like the process of delivering a package. The trail also represents the ability to track the bee’s path and flight, similar to tracking the route and location of a package.

Solution
After identifying the problem, conducting user interviews, creating a persona, and drawing conclusions, I developed a solution in the form of an app that syncs all information related to the user's online orders. This way, the user can log into their account and view all their orders, expected deliveries, order statuses, prices, and estimated arrival times. The app also includes an additional tab that summarizes the types of products the user typically orders each month and the expenses for them, categorized by type.
App Goals

Easily and quickly track all your online orders.

Have a complete overview of all your current orders.

One-stop solution for managing all your order pickups.

Track and manage your monthly online shopping expenses.

Designed screens

Home
This is the main summary screen for all the orders that are expected to arrive soon. By clicking on an order from the list, the user will be taken to the next screen. On this screen, he can view detailed information about that specific delivery, including the current status and the estimated arrival time.

Thank You!

Home
When you click the (+) button on the home screen, the user will be taken to this screen where he can manually enter the details of a new online order. You can see the screen in its empty state and after the user has filled it out.

Returned packages
On this screen, the user can view the packages he ordered, didn’t like, and sent back to the courier. It helps him track the return process and make sure the package gets back to the sender so he can receive a refund.

Monthly summary
This screen presents the packages I ordered - didn’t like - and sent back to the courier. It helps the user track the package and make sure it arrives back to the sender so he will be able to receives his money back.
